CLASSIC TANDEM TROLLING STREAMERS

New Englanders have been using tandem trolling streamers since the invention of the trolling motor. These flies are beautifully tied on a size 4 hook, with a size 6 hook tied off the rear. In the spring and fall try trolling with them near the surface for Landlocked Salmon and Trout. When the lakes and ponds are warmer use a sinking line or lead core to get them down deeper where the fish are.

Classic trolling streamers are getting harder to find. Most fly shops no longer carry them and when they do the prices often exceed $4.00 each. Our streamer flies are from an area distributor that has decided to discontinue servicing the fly fishing market. All of them are of exceptional quality and have in the past graced the shelves of both Orvis and LL Bean, plus many, many other distinguished fly shops throughout the Northeast.
